Back Orders
A backorder can be canceled at any time on request for a full refund.
• Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on backorder. This means the item is in production and will be back in our inventory soon.
• Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item(s) which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as production is complete.
Do you purchase saddles?
We do not offer purchasing services at this time. We do not take tack accessories on consignment, high-end saddles brands only •
What are the store hours, and do we need an appointment?
• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. No appointment is needed.
How do virtual appointments work?

Do you Ship Internationally?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 within the U.S. We do offer Free Shipping to Canada, but without trial and the Duty Fees are the responsibility of the customer.We do not offer shipping Internationally at this time.
What Forms of Payment do you Accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards • Checks are accepted and the saddle will ship once the check is deposited and cleared.
How long are your Trials?
Due to our high demand for trials, we offer a 7-Day Trial + 14-Day Trial which allows us to assess the fit for both rider and horse virtually through a series of techniques allotted in this time frame.
Do you hold items for your customers?
Because of our high demand, we Do Not provide holding of saddles or accessories.
Do you accept offers or no trial offers?
We are always happy to entertain offers as each saddle is unique and therefore each offer will be reviewed and can be accepted, countered, or declined. Offers can be emailed to Rikki@Equitack.com.
Do you offer Trial Extensions?
Extensions are reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis • If accepted there is a $75 fee per week that is non-refundable.
What if I don’t see the saddle I am looking for?
We receive newly used saddles weekly! If we don’t have the saddle you are looking for please contact our saddle expert Rikki at Rikki@equitack.com with the specs and requirements of the saddle you are seeking so we may check our offline stock, as well as outsource our many avenues to find your perfect saddle.
